Hey ladies and gents,
Umm, so, I guess now is a good time to tell you that I have no problem reading revers harams. Don't be telling my friends, that would be incredibly hard to explain. So, as long as your not going to rat me out, you may continue reading (lol).
The main character is Beth. She was put into the foster care system around the age of two. She was never adopted; this gave her two things. The first one being her best friend Benny, they both were sent to a foster family, he was adopted, and she was not. The second being some attachment issues.
Beth decides that she won't date anymore because she gets to attached and changes who she is for the guy to like her more. All of this is understandable after her childhood. However, this makes it harder on the guys.

One day her incredibly good-looking neighbor knocks on her door saying he needs her help (she is a nanny). When she gets to his apartment, she sees a baby on the coffee table and two other, confused looking men. After getting confirmation that they had not stollen the kid Beth accepts the job to be their nanny.
the first few days are hectic, finding out who the dad is and getting everything ready for a baby. During this time Beth finds out that all three of the men share women from time to time. It just works for them as well as making the woman feel more special. All three have busy schedules with their jobs. Jack is a game developer for a company that he and Sebastian started, Sebastian does the finances for both the company he originally worked as well as the one he started with Jack, and finally Cyrus works as a striper.
Over the next few months, she teaches them all how to take care of Cami (the baby). During this time, she gets to know them. Slowly but surely, she starts to become more and more a figure in the house.

One night Beth goes on a date with both Jack and Cyrus. This goes well; after Beth accidently ends up at one of Cyrus's show's and expresses that she does not mind, they seem to settle in a nice rhythm. While they seem to be starting a friends with benefits situation. Sebastian and Beth's relationship is going at the same speed.
Sebastian is Cami's father but can't seem to stand her. This really bothers Beth until Sebastian calls her in a panic because he is having a migraine.
After the migraine fiasco and the ensuing conversation with Sebastion about why he is scared of hurting his daughter, they get along better. However, it is not until Beth defends Sebastian against his mother that they start fallowing their feelings for each other.
When Jack gets an invite to America for a gaming convention all the boys and Cami go, leaving Beth behind. While Beth is able to rationalize that they are not leaving her behind, that is how she feels.
While the guys are gone Beth starts to think that she is pregnant, only for the doctor to tell her that she is going through early menopause. This is usually a genetic trait.
Beth had been given her mother's address a week previous. Armed with this knowledge and the feeling of being alone, Beth pays her a visit.

When Beth arrives at the house she finds her mom, grandma, half siblings, and her mom's husband. Her mother and Grandmother meet her at the door yelling until she leaves. After leaving, Beth shuts down and does not talk to anyone, only leaving the house for alcohol and some food.
After Beth does not answer Cyrus's calls and texts, the guys have their landlord check up on her. When he gets back to the guys, he claims that she wants to move out. With this information the guy's head home a day early to check on Beth.
When they get back and have a conversation with Beth, everything gets resolved. After words they all agree to being in a relationship and in the end move into a house and Beth is able to adopt Cami as her own.
This book was not the best, however, I still read it, so it was not too bad. I absolutely love Cyrus, he's just supper sweet and affectionate without being over the top. I don't not like Jack and Sebastion I just liked Cyrus best (lol). All in all, the book was fairly good, I don't like miscommunications because they seem so avoidable, at least from an outside point of view. I am just glad that they got everything strained out.
Sincerely,
Harper
